Bronco boys’ tennis team goes down in region tournament

RICHMOND
Seeded No. 8 in the Division 2 Region A playoffs, the Franklin High School Broncos went down 6-0 to No. 1 seeded Maggie Walker Regional Governor’s School. The match on Monday was played at the historic Battery Park Tennis Courts located in the north side of Richmond.

Singles matches played using the best two out of three sets.

With this being a playoff match, the first team to get five wins advances to the next round and no doubles are required to be played.
