FRANKLIN — Calvin L. Boone, 64, entered into his eternal rest on Tuesday, May 15, 2018, in his residence.

He was born on Sept. 2, 1953, in Richmond, Virginia, to the late Johnnie Faison and the Rev. Celestine Banks, and stepfather, David L. Banks. He was also predeceased by a brother, Michael L. Banks.

He is survived by his son, Montrell D. Faulcon; his granddaughter, Madilyn D. Faulcon of Franklin, Virginia; his brother, Johnnie F. Boone of San Diego, California; two sisters, Gloria J. Warren (David R. Warren) of Carrollton, Virginia; and Pamela B. Alexander of Hampton, Virginia; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; caregiver, Minister Beulah Thorpe (a cousin;) and close friends, Reginald Walloe and William Johnson.

The graveside military service will be performed by chaplain services at 1 p.m. on Friday, May 25, in Albert G. Horton Jr. Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 5310 Milners Road, Suffolk, VA 23434.
