COURTLAND — Robert Scott Old, 66, passed away in his home surrounded by his family on April 23, 2018.

Scott was born in Calicoon, New York, a son to the late Robert Howard and Elizabeth Wescott Old.

He was also predeceased by his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Clinton and Louise Clark.

He was a graduate of Kellum High School, worked in auto part sales and enjoyed drag racing.

Scott is survived by his wife of 36 years, Patsy Clark Old; a son, Joshua Old of Baltimore, Maryland; two sisters, Susan Jackson of Libby, Montana, and Kathleen Old of Kokomo, Indiana; two brothers, William Reed of Tehachapi, California, and Christopher Old of Kokomo.

The memorial service will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, April 27, in Wright Funeral Home, Franklin, with the Rev. Dr. Alfred Kornegay officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the funeral home, and suggests that memorial donations be made to Bible Faith College and Seminary, c/o the Rev. Dr. Alfred Kornegay, 840 Rebecca St., Franklin, VA 23851.
