SEABOARD, N.C. — James Suiter, 95, departed this earthly life on Thursday, April 19, 2018, at Northampton Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Jackson, North Carolina.

T.L. Faison’s Funeral Care LLC in Seaboard has been entrusted with the arrangements, where there will be a viewing from 3 to 7 p.m. on Sunday, April 22, with the family being present from 6 to 7 p.m.

The homegoing celebration will be at noon on Monday, April 23, in New Bethel Baptist Church, located at 18295 Deloatche Ave., in Boykins, Virginia, with Pastor Larry Cooper delivering words of comfort.

Mr. Suiter will lie in state one hour prior to service.

He will be laid to rest in the Suiter Family Cemetery in Margarettsville, North Carolina.
