NORTH CHESTERFIELD — Mrs. Bernice “Duke” Scott Jackson died on April 5, 2018, while a patient in Tyler’s Retreat.

She was born in Southampton County on Nov. 17, 1927.

On the day of service, her body will be placed in church for viewing by 9 a.m. The service celebrating her life was on Wednesday, April 11, at 11 a.m., in Move of God Ministries, 221 S. Main St, Franklin, with the Rev. Pamela Walker delivering the eulogy; Apostle Tyrone Hart is the pastor.

Wm. M. Johnson & Sons Funeral Home Inc., 224 S. Main St., is handling arrangements.
