Dandy Hunt, 54, of Delaware Road, Franklin, was arrested on charges of habitual offender – no endangerment, simple assault and damage telephone line or intercept message.
Shane Jason Petrowski, 39, of Unity Road, Sedley, was arrested on a charge of fugitive from justice – felony.
Elijah Mark Warren, 33, of Chestnut St., Franklin, was arrested on charges of DWI – third conviction within five to 10 years, refuse blood/breath test – third DWI/refusal within 10 years, driving on a suspended license after DWI conviction, reckless driving – endanger life or limb and simple assault against a family member.
Judy Marie Wilson, 64, of Meadow St., Capron, was arrested on a charge of DWI – first conviction, blood alcohol level .15 to .20.
Rachel Denise Faison, 31, of Appaloosa Court, Suffolk, was arrested on a charge of refuse blood/breath test – third DWI/refusal within 10 years and driving on a suspended license after DWI conviction.
