Melissa Faye Reyes Reyes, 28, of Fowler Avenue, Hampton, was arrested on charges of reckless driving – endanger life or limb, disregard police command to stop – endangerment, three counts of child abuse and neglect – serious injury, and simple assault on law enforcement, fire/rescue personnel.

Joshua Wayne Rhyne, 22, of Rivers Mill Road, Capron, was arrested on charges of simple assault against a family member, grand larceny – steal property >=$200 not from person, damage telephone line or intercept message, strangle another causing wounding or injury and contempt of court – general, without a jury.
