FRANKLIN — Arthur R. Young, 88, died on Feb. 15, 2018, in East Pavilion.

The funeral will be conducted on Tuesday, Feb. 20, at 11 a.m., in Vaughan’s Funeral Home Chapel, Franklin. Burial will follow at Southview Cemetery.
