WINDSOR — Charles Dustin Williams, 27, passed away on Feb. 4, 2018.

He was a volunteer with Ivor Rescue Squad and Sedley Fire Department.
Dustin is survived by his fiancée, Brittany Suzanne Taylor; mother, Donna Kay Harrington Williams; father, Charles Merritt Williams and his fiancée, Shannon Allen; sister, Cheyanne Nicole Williams; paternal grandparents, Phillip and Deborah Williams; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Wilton and Paige Harrington.
The funeral will be on Thursday, Feb. 8, at 2 p.m., in Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, Suffolk, with the Rev. Joe Poe officiating. Burial will follow at Holly Lawn Cemetery.
Friends may join the family for a time of visitation on Wednesday from 7 to 8 p.m., in the funeral home.
