Jah-Lil Malik Smith, 19, of Railroad Ave., Franklin, was arrested on charges of uttering public record, forging public record, driving 20 mph or more over speed limit – limit is 30 mph or less, and driving while license revoked – first offense.

Zachary Malcolm, 24, of Wakefield Road, Sedley, was arrested on a charge of grand larceny – steal property >=$200, not from person.
