NEWSOMS — Odell Bailey Worrell, 99, widow of James Milton Worrell Sr. passed away on Jan. 20, 2018, in the East Pavilion.
A native of Como, North Carolina she was one of 11 children of the late Frank Columbus Bailey and Annie Harcum Bailey.
Left to cherish her memory are one daughter Vivian W. Kirkland of Mt. Olive, North Carolina; one son, James Milton Worrell Jr. of Newsoms; four grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
The graveside service will be at noon on Monday, Jan. 22, in Hollywood Cemetery, Newsoms, with Pastor Mary Alice Colwell officiating.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Wright Funeral Home, Franklin, and suggests that memorial donations be made to Newsoms United Methodist Church. www.wrightfuneralhome.org.
