Faith Tennessee, a senior Southampton High School student, saw a need in our community and in the very school she attends each day. She noticed students waiting for the bus and in her classes without warm coats.

“I wanted to do something that would help these students. It made me realize that not everyone has money and funds for new clothes or even the necessities like coats,” said Faith.

She donated coats herself and reached out to people in her community, church, and friends collecting 45 new and slightly used coats.

These were distributed among Southampton Middle, High School and Capron Elementary. Southampton High School is very proud of Faith and her giving spirit!
