BRANCHVILLE — Beatrice “Shug” Johnson Dawson, 91, of Branchville, Virginia, passed away on Monday, Dec. 4, 2017, at Southampton Memorial Hospital in Franklin, Virginia.
Cherishing her memories are her sons, Lee Dawson (Carrie,) Grayling Dawson (Danielle) and Harold Dawson; daughter, Annie Ruth Dawson; and many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Faison’s Funeral Service Inc., 301 Park St., Seaboard, North Carolina, is handling the arrangements, where there will be a viewing from 2 to 6 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 8.
The celebration of life will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 9, in Galilee Missionary Baptist Church, 15688 Old Branchville Highway, Branchville, Virginia.
