FRANKLIN
The Franklin Christmas Parade is going to be on Friday evening, Dec. 8.  The parade will start at 7 p.m. on Charles Street and continue down Fourth Avenue onto Main Street and it will end at South Street.

Participants are reminded to get their registrations in early for lineup. The Franklin Christmas Parade Committee is once again providing candy to be handed out by various parade participants. This candy is paid for by various fundraisers that the committee puts on throughout the year, and the committee would like to thank the businesses that helped make this possible as well as foundations but especially all of those who donated at the fundraisers.

Participants are to report behind the Franklin National Guard Armory on Campbell Avenue beginning at 5:30 p.m. Registration is mandatory. Step off is at 7 p.m. sharp. To register of if you have any questions, contact the Downtown Franklin Business Association at 562-6900  or 562-8508.
