FRANKLIN — William Kenneth “Bill” Osborne, 67, passed away on Nov. 3, 2017, in Sentara Obici Hospital.
Bill was a Marine Corps veteran, and was employed at Hart Construction.
Left to cherish his memory are two daughters, Rachel Osborne of Hampton and Billie Jo Osborne of Massachusetts; five sisters, Kathryn Nelson of Virginia Beach, Janice Boatwright of Suffolk, Betty Sawyer of Franklin, Judith Osborne of South Carolina and Carrie Schnur of Courtland; a brother, Walter “Bud” Sawyer of Franklin; and seven grandchildren.
The memorial service will be at 7 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 13, in Wright Funeral Home, Franklin.
