Anthony Terrell Johnson, 23, of Bancker Road, Norfolk, was arrested on charges of embezzlement – $200 or more, theft of credit card/numbers, credit card fraud >=$200 over 6-month period, use of computer without authorization to obtain service, etc. – $200 or more, two counts of use of computer without authorization to obtain service, etc. <$200 and disregard police command to stop – endangerment.
Calvin Jamal Mason, 35, of Washington St., Roanoke Rapids, NC, was arrested on charges of statutory burglary of dwelling to commit other felony or A&B, grand larceny – steal property >=$200 not from person, obtaining money by false pretenses <$200, larceny $200 or more with intent to sell or distribute, contempt of court – general, without a jury and failure to appear in court for felony offense.
Justin Kingston, 18, of Carter St., Franklin, was arrested on a charge of grand larceny – $200 or more, not from person.
James Rhoten, 29, of William St., Franklin, was arrested on charges of assault during commission of a felony and two counts of malicious wounding – victim permanently impaired.
Leslie Leon Smith, 43, of North King St., Hampton, was arrested on a charge of failure to appear in court for misdemeanor offense.
William John Beddick, 31, of Coveside Lane, Chesapeake, was arrested on charges of disregard police command to stop – endangerment and driving 20 mph or more over speed limit – limit is 30 mph or less.
