COURTLAND — Mrs. Lottie C. Bell of Southampton County, Virginia, passed away on Oct. 20, 2017.
The funeral will be on Thursday, Oct. 26, at 1 p.m. in Shiloh Baptist Church, Boykins, Virginia.
Family and friends will gather on Wednesday, Oct. 25, for the wake from 6 to 7 p.m. in Engram Funeral Home, Franklin, Virginia.
