COURTLAND — Rebecca Marie Belter, 39, passed away on Oct. 1, 2017, in Sentara Obici Hospital, Suffolk.
She was a graduate of Hopewell High School and Longwood University.
Left to cherish her memory are her mother, Lydia Perez; her father, Lino Rivera; two daughters, Isabella Belter and Alexandra Belter; one son, Cameron Belter; two sisters, Dawn Quicke and Cynthia Rivera; three brothers, Lino Rivera Jr., Michael Rivera and David Rivera; her fiancé, Derek Foster; and aunts, uncles and cousins.
A gathering of family and friends will be on Friday, Oct. 6, from 2 to 4 p.m., in Wright Funeral Home, Franklin.
