Walter Gene Stinnett, 54, of Pine Top, Murfreesboro, N.C., was arrested on charges of driving while license revoked – third or subsequent and desertion/nonsupport – fail to comply with support.
Sarah J. Hilton, 33, of Cobb Road, Franklin, was arrested on a charge of perjury – falsely swear an oath.
Robert Lee Maxwell, 59, of Southampton Pkwy., Emporia, was arrested on a charge of fugitive from justice – felony.
Edwin Benjamin Calmo-Bautisto, 21, of Jackson Ave., Chesapeake, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated – first offense.
