FRANKLIN — Bonnie Cutchins Dunlow, 75, passed away on Sept. 16, 2017, in Southampton Memorial Hospital.

Bonnie was a native of Southampton County, and was a 1960 graduate of Southampton High School. Bonnie was predeceased by her husband of 46 years, L.D. Dunlow. She was also predeceased by her parents and sister.

Left to cherish her memory are one daughter, Judy Council and her husband, James, of Franklin; two sons, Ricky Dunlow and his wife, Heather, of Cullowhee, North Carolina; and David Brian Dunlow and his wife, Melanie, of Greenville, North Carolina; two sisters, Katherine Dunlow of Pendleton, North Carolina; and Evelyn Baines of Suffolk; five grandchildren, Scotty, Ryne, Mark, Kenny and Stephanie; three great-grandchildren, Maverick, Remington and Ember; as well two grand-dogs, Sparky and AllieG. Bonnie is also survived by her lifelong friends, Ed and Nancy Sides.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 20, in Wright Funeral Home, 206 W. 4th Ave, Franklin, with the Rev. Hoyle Green officiating. Burial will follow at Southampton Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, in the funeral home, and suggests that memorial donations be made to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.
