Sara Holland, 41, of Crescent Drive, Franklin, was arrested on charges of three counts of forgery, three counts of uttering, two counts of forging public records and and four counts of uttering public records.

Devon Antonio Fulgham, 28, of Forest Pine Road, Franklin, was arrested on charges of DWI – first conviction, blood alcohol level .15 to .20, and driving while license revoked – first offense.

Donald Eugene Parker, 30, of Batts Drive, Emporia, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated – first conviction.
