PUBLIC NOTICE

 

Notice is hereby given that the Isle of Wight County Board of Supervisors will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, September 21, 2017, to consider the granting of a variable 20’ drainage easement to the Town of Smithfield on Tax Map Parcel 21A-04-000I6. The public meeting will commence at 6 p.m. A copy of the proposed Deed of Easement is on file in the Office of the County Attorney, Isle of Wight County Courthouse, Isle of Wight, Virginia 23397, and is available for public examination. Any person desiring to be heard in favor of, in opposition to, or to express his views with respect to, the proposed deed may appear before, and be heard by, the Board during the Public Hearing in the Robert C. Claud, Sr. Board Room, Isle of Wight County Courthouse, Isle of Wight, Virginia.
