Southampton County, Virginia, will accept sealed bids until 2:00 p.m. local time, Tuesday, August 29, 2017 for Performing Minor Repairs to the Southampton County Courthouse, in Courtland VA 23837.  Bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud in the County Administrator’s Office at Southampton County Office Center, 26022 Administration Drive, Courtland, VA 23837

 

The project is generally described as pressure washing, scraping and painting exterior elements, trim and windows, minor carpentry repairs and associated work.

Southampton County shall not be responsible for any cost incurred by the Bidder in responding to this Invitation for Bid nor any cost associated with the bid award.  All bids shall become the property of Southampton County, Virginia.
