Default having been made in the terms of a certain Deed of Trust dated May 20, 2014, in the original principal amount of $185,576.00 and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Southampton, Virginia in Instrument No. 140001111, the undersigned Substitute Trustees will sell at public auction on September 13, 2017, at 9:45 a.m., in front of the building housing the Southampton County Circuit Court, 22350 Main Street, Courtland, VA 23837, the property designated as “Parcel A” and shown to contain 4.56 acres on that certain map or plat entitled “Plat showing subdivision of T.P. 32-414 shown hereon as parcels A, B &C for Mary K. Miller ET ALS”, made February 10, 2006, a copy of said plat being of record in the aforesaid Clerk`s Office in Plat Book 29 at Page 187. Sale is subject to all prior liens, easements, restrictions, covenants, and conditions, if any, of record, or other matters which would be disclosed by an accurate survey or inspection of the premises. TERMS: CASH. A deposit of $18,500.00 or 10% of the sale price, whichever is lower, will be required of the successful bidder at time of sale. Prior to the sale, interested bidders will be required to register with and must present a bid deposit which may be held during the sale by the trustee.
