COURTLAND
The Virginia Department of Transportation has announced that the consecutive, alternating lane closures eastbound and westbound across all lanes on U.S. 58 will continue for the week of July 31 through Aug. 4 as follows:

• Starting at 6 p.m. on July 31 and ending no later than noon on Aug. 4, between Old Bridge Road (Route 742) and Shady Brook Trail (Route 650)
• Starting at 7 a.m. July 31 and ending no later than 8 p.m. Aug. 4, between Ridley Road and Old Bridge Road

One lane will remain open at all times. The closures are to accommodate work on the Courtland Interchange project.
