“Hoops The Right Way.” That is the motto of Kenneth Sumblin, professional basketball trainer, who recently conducted a two-day basketball clinic for the Franklin High School Girls’ Basketball program in Franklin High School. Dennis and Mona Sumblin were the host coaches.

The clinic was free of charge to any potential Franklin girls’ basketball players in grades 8-12.

Other clinic attendees were from Southampton and Windsor high schools, along with one of the Franklin JV boys’ basketball players.

The clinic was very successful with the young ladies and guys showing improvement and gaining valuable basketball skills and knowledge each day.

Kenneth Sumblin is a 1985 graduate and basketball star of Franklin High School.

He completed his undergraduate degree at Fayetteville State University, and now owns a very successful professional basketball training business in Leesburg.
