That certain parcel containing 10,693 square feet +-, as shown on a survey dated December 8, 1995 (and recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Map Book 20, Page 180), designated as Lots 4A, 5A & 6A, being a portion of Lots 4, 5 & 6 (in Block B), Highland Park, as shown on a plat recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office (in Plat Book 1 & 2, Page 24), and as more particularly described in the referenced deed of trust.

 

The sale will take place on JUNE 29, 2017, AT 11:30 a.m., at the front entrance to the building housing the Circuit Court of Southampton County, located at 22350 Main Street, Courtland, VA.

 

The property and the improvements thereon will be sold “AS IS” and without representation or warranties of any kind. The sale is subject to all liens, encumbrances, conditions, easements and restrictions, if any, superior to the mentioned deed of trust and lawfully affecting the property.

 

Terms: A deposit in the form of CERTIFIED FUNDS in the amount of $7,000.00 or 10% of the successful bid, whichever is lower, is required of any bidder at the time of sale.
