A taste of Isle of Wight

SMITHFIELD
Variety is the spice of life and that could be found in abundance at the third annual Flavors of Isle of Wight. Restaurants and businesses that feature food provided samples that included barbecue, beers, cakes and, of course, the world famous Smithfield ham.

According to the Isle of Wight-Smithfield-Windsor Chamber of Commerce, money raised from this event goes toward college scholarships that are presented by the Isle of Wight Community Foundation, which is a 501(c) (3) philanthropic organization created by the chamber.
