FRANKLIN — Retired Master Sgt. John H. Ruffin of Arizona passed away on April 11, 2017.
The graveside service will be on Saturday, June 24, at 11 a.m., in Chapel Grove Cemetery, 7366 W. Blackwater Road, Windsor, with the Rev. Roy Stokes officiating.
A traditional service with dignity will be conducted by Wm. M. Johnson & Sons Funeral Home Inc., 224 S. Main St.
