To the Editor:

I have known the Alphin family for over 20 years. They are without a doubt friendly, family-oriented and honest. They stand by their word and are compassionate about helping others.

I endorse Rex Alphin for the Virginia House Delegates. I’m convinced that he will represent his constituency in a responsible and conscientious manner as he has done on the Isle of Wight county board of supervisors for the last six years.
