FRANKLIN
The Virginia Department of Transportation has announced the following road closures for the week of Monday, May 22:

U.S. Route 58 will have consecutive, alternating lane closures across all lanes eastbound and westbound between Old Bridge Road (Route 742) and Shady Brook Trail (Route 650) from May 22 through 25, from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

This is to accommodate work on the Courtland Interchange project.

Armory Drive in Franklin (Route 671) will have alternating lane closures across all lanes east and west under U.S. Route 58 from May 23 through 25, 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. Stoppages up to 15 minutes in both directions are possible.
