The object of the above-styled suit is to effect partition amongst the owners by sale or otherwise of that certain real property located in the Town of Courtland, Southampton County, Virginia currently identified as Tax Map Parcel #60A-2-124 by said County, of which Beulah B. Turner died seized and possessed on August 20,2000; and

It appearing by affidavit that the Defendant, Thomas LaShawn Owens, Jr., cannot be found, and that diligence has been used without effect to ascertain the location of said Thomas LaShawn Owens, Jr., whose last known physical address was 403 Duke Street, Suffolk, VA 23434, and further that there are or may be persons interested in the subject real estate whose names are unknown, made parties defendant hereto by the general description of “parties unknown”, such unknown heirs, devisees, successors in interest and assigns of Thomas LaShawn Owens, Jr.

It is therefore ORDERED that Thomas LaShawn Owens, Jr., if he be living and the said persons made defendants by the general description of “parties unknown”, do appear on or before the 13th day of June 2017, in the Clerk’s Office of this Court and do what necessary to protect their interests.
