SUFFOLK — Catherine Elizabeth “Beth” Johnson, 36, our beautiful angel, passed away on May 16, 2017, in Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.

Beth was born on Feb. 5, 1981, in Richmond, Virginia.

Beth attended Windsor High School and Lakeland High School.

Left to cherish her memory are her mother, Cathy Sims Johnson (Lori) and her father, Julien Johnson (Terry); two sisters, Robyn Jones (Nathan) and Emily Harper (Jayke); two brothers, William Harper (Jemma) and Samuel Harper (Alexis); paternal grandmother, Pattie Seigman; maternal grandmother, Betty Sims; maternal grandfather, Wade Martin; three nephews, Levi, Oliver and Archer; and many aunts, uncles and friends.

The family would like to thank Beth’s nurse, Shonda Boone, for her care over the last several years.

The memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Thursday, May 18, in Wright Funeral Home with the Rev. Nathan Decker officiating.

Memorial donations may be made in memory of Beth to Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughter, 601 Children’s Lane, Norfolk, VA 23507.
