Raymond Paul Gay, 45, of Carrsville Lane, Carrsville, was arrested on a charge of being drunk in public – using profane language.

Ronald Andrew Raiford, 25, of Country Club Road, Courtland, was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated – third conviction within five years and driving while license revoked – third or subsequent.
