The undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the front of the Circuit Court building for Southampton County, 22350 Main Street, Courtland, Virginia 23837 on May 16, 2017 , at 2:00 PM, the property described in said Deed of Trust, located at the above address, and more particularly described as follows: LAND SITUATED IN THE CITY OF SEDLEY IN THE COUNTY OF SOUTHAMPTON IN THE STATE OF VA.
