Edwards, Scott take first in third bass tournament

GASBURG
The team of John Edwards Jr. and Joey Scott took first place in the Three Rivers Bass Club’s third tournament, held on Saturday at Lake Gaston, with five bass weighing 15.23 pounds.
Coming in second was the team of David and Scott Nunnally with five bass weighing 14.19 pounds. In third place was Keith and K.J. Vick with five bass at 11.99 pounds, followed in fourth place by Greg Harmon and Marty Britt with five bass at 9.93 pounds.
H.J. and Jay Vick took fifth place with four bass at 9.41 pounds.
The heaviest bass of the day weighed 5.29 pounds and was caught by Jay Vick.
