In execution of a Deed of Trust in the original principal amount of $62,950.00, with an annual interest rate of 7.125000% from JEWEL B WILEY dated August 27, 2004, recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court for the COUNTY OF SOUTHAMPTON as Deed Instrument Number 040003564, the undersigned appointed Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the COUNTY OF SOUTHAMPTON, at the front of the Circuit Court building for the County of Southampton located at 22350 Main Street, Courtland, Virginia on May 4, 2017 at 3:30 PM, the property with improvements to wit:

 

ALL THAT certain lot or parcel of land lying, being situate in the town of Boykin, Southampton County, Virginia, on the north side of Virginia Avenue, and further described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of a lot owned by the estate of Russell A. Barnes, and thence in an eastwardly course along the north side of Virginia Avenue sixty-five (65) feet to the property of W. Hugh Powell, thence north one hundred and forty (140) feet to the property of W. G. White Estate to the property of the said Russell A. Barnes Estate, and thence south one hundred and forty (140) feet to the point of beginning.
IT BEING the same property conveyed to Jewel B. Taylor Wiley and Carlton Wiley, by General Warranty deed of Jewel B. Taylor Wiley and Carlton Wiley, her husband, and George 0. Bryant and Shirley S. Bryant, his wife, dated 06/08/72, and recorded 06/22/72, in the Clerk’s Office, Circuit Court, Southampton County, Virginia, in Deed Book 202, at page 7.

 

AND further described in the above Deed of Trust. (Tax Map No. 112A-5-BK-5-4)
