 Default having been made in the terms of a certain Deed of Trust dated March 30, 2006, in the original principal amount of $70,939.00 and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Southampton, Virginia as Instrument No. 060001405, the undersigned Substitute Trustee will sell at public auction on April 19, 2017, at 9:30 a.m., in front of the building housing the Southampton County Circuit Court, 22350 Main Street, Courtland, VA, the property designated as containing 1.00 AC., as shown on that certain survey dated February 26, 1998, entitled “Plat Showing A Portion Of Tax Parcel 113-23, Property Of Lee, Surveyed For Lee, Located at 33661 Burnt Reed Road Boykins Magisterial District Southampton County, Virginia, Scale 1″=50` Survey Made By Vann R.L.S., Of Franklin, VA” a copy of which is recorded in Plat Book 22, at page 106 in the aforesaid Clerk`s Office. Sale is subject to all prior liens, easements, restrictions, covenants, and conditions, if any, of record, or other matters which would be disclosed by an accurate survey or inspection of the premises. TERMS: CASH. A deposit of $7,000.00 or 10% of the sale price, whichever is lower, will be required of the successful bidder at time of sale. Prior to the sale, interested bidders will be required to register with and must present a bid deposit which may be held during the sale by the trustee.
