Southampton was able to tally eight total hits. The scoring started in the bottom of the third when Carter Johnson was able to knock in Dale Vick with a groundout to shortstop.

Southampton scored two more runs in the fourth when Cameron Belter drove in Elliott Cross and John Blum. The Indians scored their final runs in the bottom of the sixth to seal the victory. Belter again drove in Blum with a RBI double to right centerfield. Later in the inning, Jesse Martin, Warren and Wesley Pierce added RBIs with two singles and a double to left field.
