NEWSOMS — Michael Wayne Brewer, 64, passed away on March 17, 2017, at his home.

He was a retired electrician with Dominion Power, and a member of Newsoms United Methodist church.

Survivors include his wife, Teresa Michelle Brewer; his mother, Ima Jean Brewer; nad his son, John Vincent Gauthier.

The memorial service will be at 6 p.m. on Thursday, March 23, in Newsoms United Methodist Church with the Rev. Ian Hackmann officiating.
