Southampton, Isle of Wight teams place in contests

During the Virginia Tech Block and Bridle Stockmen’s Competition held last month, the Southampton/Isle of Wight 4-H Livestock Team and the Southampton High School FFA Team participated in contests about identifying and judging meats.

• The Isle of Wight Livestock Club Team A won sixth in the Junior 4-H Meats Contest with a score of 935 points.
