Rebecca Colaw, a local attorney has confirmed her intention to seek the 64th District seat in the Virginia General Assembly. This makes her the fourth candidate vying for the slot.

She joins fellow Democrat John Wandling of Carrollton, and Republican candidates Emily Brewer of Suffolk and Rex Alphin of Zuni.

Among the points of her platform is that farmers should get personal property relief on their equipment and reductions in costs involved in local and state taxes.
