NOTICE OF TAKING PROOF OF DEBTS AND DEMANDS

 

TO THE CREDITORS OF THE ESTATE OF MARTHA McDUFFIE GIBSON

 

At the request of Ellen Michelle Gibson, Executor of the Estate of Martha McDuffie Gibson, and in accordance with Section 64.2-550 of the Code of Virginia, as amended, I, James E. Rainey, Commissioner of Accounts of the Circuit Court of Southampton County have appointed my office at 506 N. Main St., Franklin, VA 23851 as the place, and the 13th day of March, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. as the day and time for receiving proof of debts and demands against the Decedent or the Decedent’s estate.

 

All creditors are hereby notified to produce their claims before me at said time and place.
