Brandon and Anne Kelly of Ivor announce the birth of their son, Ethan James Kelly. He was born on Feb. 3, 2017, at Sentara Obici Hospital, Suffolk, and weighed in at 7 pounds and 9 ounces, and measured 20 ¼ inches in length.

He is the brother of Emma Grace Kelly, 15 months old.

Ethan is the maternal grandson of Tom and Lorrie McClenny, and the paternal grandson of Clyde “Bucky” and Linda Kelly.
