Opportunity Inc. of Hampton Roads (OppInc) is a local governmental authority chartered by the cities of Chesapeake, Franklin, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk and Virginia Beach and the counties of Isle of Wight and Southampton, Virginia. Its purpose is to serve as the convener of workforce development activities and develop and facilitate local workforce development programs funded primarily through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), on behalf of the Hampton Roads Workforce Development Board. At this time, OppInc is seeking proposals under the following solicitation:

 

RFP #OSO-PY’17-1 –One-Stop Operator for the Hampton Roads WIOA One-Stop Delivery System

 

The RFP will be available on the OppInc website www.opp-inc.org beginning Thursday, February 2, 2017 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time. You may request a copy by mail by calling (757) 314-2370. Proposals must be received by OppInc no later than 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday March 15, 2017. Proposals received after this date/time will not be considered. A non-mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time, at the location shown in the RFP.
