FRANKLIN — Wanda Frances Webb, 90, passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2017, at her daughter’s home surrounded by her family.

Mrs. Webb was born in Princeton, West Virginia, and was a former resident of Virginia Beach and Windsor.
She was a member of Kempsville Baptist Church, and had retired from the Virginia Beach Treasurer’s Office.
She was predeceased by her husband of 55 years, Robert Henry Webb Sr.; her parents, Fred and Cora Mae Gunter; and three sisters, Dorothy Maurice, Gwendolyn Irick and Nancy Toney.
Left to cherish her memory are three children, Dr. Robert H. Webb Jr. and his wife, Beverly, Carl W. Webb and Joan C. Beltrami and her husband, Jimmy; eight grandchildren, Jennifer Webb, Lyndsay Jenkins, Robert Webb, Adam Webb, Nathaniel Webb, Phillip Webb, Courtney Beltrami and Chelsea Beltrami; four great-grandchildren, Torrey Jenkins, Serena West, Elijah Belcher and Heaven West; one great-great-granddaughter, Zuri Jenkins; two sisters-in-law, Effie Taylor and Helen Webb; and two special friends and caregivers, Bridget Flythe and Shanika Everette.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 28, in Wright Funeral Home with Fr. Charles Saglio officiating. The burial will follow at Antioch Christian Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday in the funeral home and other times at the home of Jimmy and Joan Beltrami.
