Franklin police arrest four on drug charges

FRANKLIN
Officers from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Homeland Security Investigations, in partnership with the Franklin Police Department, arrested four people on various drug charges after conducting a joint four-month investigation into the distribution of illegal narcotics within the city.

According to Capt. Tim Whitt, spokesman for the City of Franklin Police Department, one suspect is still wanted, and charges are pending on the other suspects. The Franklin Police Department does not yet have the exact dates, times and locations where ICE officers made the arrests.

  • Lyndon Darrell Barnes, black male, 52, of Stonewall Street, Franklin, has been charged with three counts of distribution of heroin and one count of conspiracy to distribute heroin. He has been jailed with no bond.
  • Jeremy Lavar Boone, black male, 26, of Washington Street, Franklin, has been charged with one count of distribution of methamphetamine. He has been released on a $5,000 bond.
  • Nicholas Ryan Chaney, white male, 27, of Stave Mill Road, Windsor, has been charged with two counts of distribution of heroin and one count of conspiracy to distribute heroin. He has been jailed with no bond.
  • Laurie Ann Donnelly, white female, 51, of Fire Tower Road, Zuni, has been charged with one count of distribution of heroin and one count of conspiracy to distribute heroin. She has been released on a $1,500 bond.
  • The suspect still wanted by police is Cecil Holden Jr., black male, 51, of Brandywine Avenue, Chesterfield, with outstanding warrants for one count of distribution of heroin and one count of conspiracy to distribute heroin.
