MARGARETTSVILLE, N.C. — Teresa Cutchins Scott, 57, passed away on Monday, Dec. 19, 2016, at Vidant Roanoke Chowan Hospital in Ahoskie, North Carolina.

Teresa was born in Franklin, and was a daughter of the late Gilbert Langley Cutchins and Dixie Russells Edwards Cutchins, and was also predeceased by a granddaughter, Tersea Kirk.

She loved playing bingo, raising grandbabies, the Dallas Cowboys and Elvis Presley.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Keith Daniel Kirk (Kylelyn) and Sherry Denise Kirk; a sister, Marcia Gail Osborne; a brother, Richard “Ricky” Cutchins; grandchildren, Jessika Bradshaw, Cody Bradshaw, Brittney Bradshaw, Katie Bach, Julie Bach, Rhyce Bach, Isiah Kirk, Lilly Kiser and Johnathan Kirk; great-grandchildren, King Deloatch and Mar’Kaden Deloatch; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 22, in Wright Funeral Home, Franklin. The burial will follow at Southampton Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
