FRANKLIN
The newly appointed members of the Franklin School Board will hold their first meeting on Monday, Dec. 19, at 6 p.m., in the Franklin City hall council chamber, 207 W. Second Ave. The board will go into closed session immediately after convening, and will reconvene in open session at an undetermined time.

Citizens interested in speaking during citizens’ time are advised to sign up by contacting Pamela Kindred at 569-8111, extension 5901 prior to 4 p.m. or in person at the meeting location prior to 7 p.m. the day of the meeting.

According to Pamela Kindred, the executive assistant and board clerk for Franklin City Public Schools, the agenda for the open session of the meeting will be released today, Dec. 16.
