VIRGINIA BEACH — On Sept 11, 2016, Sir Topham Hatt called his little engine, Zachary, to join Thomas and friends to heaven to play all day.

He leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Tayler S. Scott; grandparents, Pamela Westbrook, Jerry and Tonya Scott; great-grandparents, Dollie Westbrook, Yvonne and Gerald Scott; five aunts, Tajha and Jada Scott, Sheila, Patricia and Shontel Westbrook; nine uncles, Anthony Harris, Davonte (Leann), Ronnie (Djuana), Keith, Ricky and Greg Scott, Stephen and Alexander Westbrook and Michael Wilson (Lyn); a special uncle, Stanley Westbrook; little cousins, JoJo and Ahzyaia; special friends, Doris Jacobs, Gizzy and Basco; and a host of other relatives.

The celebration of life service will be at 11 a.m. on Friday in New Jerusalem COGIC, 118 Bishop Thoroughgood Ave., Virginia Beach.
